3. Products, services and works

The company develops and distributes its own software. The product in operation is the Fluena software suite.

• Fluena — a software suite for managing timeA cross-platform application (iOS, Android, web and PWA) with a server platform: planning of tasks and goals, a calendar with two-way synchronisation, a life balance model, notes and a diary with end-to-end encryption, an AI assistant and personal analytics, notifications, task delegation, shared notes and offline mode.
• Remote access to the softwareAccess to Fluena is provided over the Internet on a subscription basis under a simple (non-exclusive) licence. No installation on the user's hardware is required; the mobile apps are distributed through app stores free of charge.
• Maintenance and supportReleases of updates and fixes, maintenance of the product's server side, and user support by email.

4. Pricing

Prices are given in Russian roubles per user subscription and are effective as of the date above. Payments are made by bank card and processed by TBank JSC.

This page discloses no information constituting a state or commercial secret. The cost of works and services performed under individual contracts is agreed by the parties. Full payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are on the subscription terms page.

5. Exclusive rights to the software and databases

The exclusive rights to the Fluena software suite — source code, databases, user interfaces, design system and copy — belong in full to Chilli Technologies LLC. The software was created in-house.

Ways in which the right of use is granted: a simple (non-exclusive) licence on subscription terms with remote access over the Internet; under a separate contract, rights may be granted on other terms, including corporate licences. The exclusive right itself is not transferred.

State registration of the computer program and the database with Rospatent is in progress; this page will be updated once the certificates are issued.

7. Russian software registry

As of the date above, the Fluena software is not included in the unified register of Russian computer programs and databases. The application documents are being prepared, and this page will be updated once the software is included. The ways in which the right of use is granted are described in section 5.
